Turkey Sauté |

2 Tbs. soy sauce ¼ cup water 2 tsp. corn starch 2 Tbs. vegetable oil 1 clove garlic |
½ tsp. grated ginger root 1 lb. turkey cutlets, in bite sized pieces 1-6 oz. package frozen snow peas, thawed 1-8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained ½ small red pepper, sliced |

Combine first four ingredients and set aside. Heat oil 1 to 2 minutes in a large, heavy skillet. Add garlic and ginger root and sauté until tender. Add turkey and cook, stirring constantly for three minutes or until lightly browned. Add snow peas, water chestnuts and red pepper slices; cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add soy sauce mixture and cook 2 minutes, or until thickened. Yield 4 servings. |
