Sausage & Kraut

4 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces

½ lb. boneless port, cut into ½" cubes

¼ cup chopped onion

½ lb. keilbasa, sliced

¼ cup dry white wine

1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms

2 beef bouillon cubes

¾ tsp. paprika

1 bay leaf

1 bag sauerkraut, drained

Brown bacon and remove to a crock pot. In reserved bacon drippings, brown pork cubes & onions and remove to the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately ½ day. Serve with mashed potatoes.
