Roger's Breakfast Gravy |

2 cups milk 1 slice of bacon, cut up ¾ lb. Penn Avenue Meats bulk sausage |
2 Tbs. flour 2 slices yellow American cheese |

Cut 1 slice of bacon into strips and brown. Crumble sausage and add to bacon. When sausage and bacon are browned, remove from skillet. In a shaker, put flour and 1 cup of milk, shake, and pour into hot skillet. Then stir in 1 more cup of milk, stir to thicken, and add 2 slices American cheese. When creamy, add sausage and bacon. Serve on toast or biscuits. |
