4-6 lb. Penn Ave. Meats Fresh Pork Shoulder Roast 1 bottle (1lb.4ozz.) catsup 1 cup brown sugar |
1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 onions, chopped 3 cups water | |||

Mix all ingredients together and pour over roast. Bake at 350°F. Baste frequently for 2½_3 hours. Remove from oven and remove bone if desired. Place on stove top over low heat until sauce is almost cooked away. For leftover pork roast, make sauce proportional to cubed meat and simmer until sauce is cooked down. Serve on hard rolls or hamburger buns. | ||||
