Maple-Honey Ribs | ||||

1 cup maple syrup ½ cup honey 1 oz. brown sugar 1½ tsp. Worchestershire sauce |
¾ tsp. black pepper ¾ tsp. dry mustard 1 bay leaf dash of hot pepper sauce | |||

12 lbs. back ribs salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste | ||||

Combine first eight ingredients in saucepan. Stir and simmer for 45 minutes. Strain through seive. Set aside. Season ribs with salt, pepper and garlic. Arrange on a rack in a roasting pan. Add water to pan to below rim. Cover and bake at 325° F for 1½ hours. Remove from pan. Brush ribs with glaze and grill or broil until browned. Serves 12 | ||||
