Honey-Ginger Pork Tenderloin | |||||

2 pork tenderloins (approx. ¾ lb. each) ¼ cup honey ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup oyster sauce 2 Tbs. brown sugar 4 tsp. fresh grated ginger root |
2 small cloves crushed garlic 1 Tbs. tomato ketchup ¼ tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground red pepper | ||||

Place tenderloins in an 11 x 7 x 1½ inch baking dish. Combine honey and remaining ingredients, stir well, and pour over pork tenderloins. Cover and marinate in refrigerate approximately 8 hours, turning several times. Remove tenderloins and reserve the marinade. Grill pork over medium hot coals (or bake in 425° F oven) for approximately 30 minutes, turning often and basting with marinade. Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of tenderloin registers 160° F. Do not undercook. To serve, slice tenderloins thinly, and arrange on a serving platter. This recipe will make approximately 6 servings. | |||||
