1-¼ lb. ground smoked ham ¾ lb. ground fresh pork ¾ cup cracker crumbs 2 eggs ½ cup milk dash pepper |
Topping: ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup water ¼ cup vinegar 1-½ tsp. prepared mustard | |||

Mix above ingredients well. Bake for 1 hour at 350° F. Heat topping ingredients to boiling and cook for 10 minutes. Pour mixture over meat and bake for 30 minutes more. | ||||
