Ham Balls

2½ lbs. ground smoked ham

2 lbs. ground pork

1 lb. ground beef

3 eggs

3 cups crushed graham crackers

2 cups milk

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls, approximately ½ cup per ball. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350° F.

SAUCE

2 cups tomato soup

2 tsp. dry mustard

¾ cup vinegar

2½ cups brown sugar

Combine ingredients pour over balls.
