Baked Beef Brisket

Beef Brisket, 3 - 5 lbs.

Lowry's Seasoned Salt

salt

paprika

2 cups boiling water

 

garlic salt

pepper

3 Tbs. red vinegar

2 large onions, sliced

 

 

 

 

 

Season heavily with seasoned salt, garlic salt, salt, pepper and paprika on both sides. Then sprinkle with red vinegar. Put into oven at 350° F for one hour, uncovered. After one hour, add 2 cups boiling water and top with 2 large sliced onions; cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours at 300° F. Cool, refrigerate overnight, slice next day. To heat, put in casserole for one hour at 200° F. Can be frozen after being reheated.
