Marinated Grilled Flank Steak | ||||

1 Flank Steak ¾ cup pineapple juice ¾ cup ketchup ¾ cup sugar |
¾ cup garlic red wine vinegar ¾ cup water 2 Tbs. corn starch | |||

Mix together juice, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and water. Immerse steak and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, covered. Grill, basting frequently, 20-25 minutes. Take 2 cups marinade and 2 Tbs. cornstarch. Put in an ovenproof dish on side of grill. Stir until thickened. Slice steak on the cross grain, serving with thickened marinade. | ||||
