Korean-Style Honey Marinade

½ cup soy sauce

½ cup dry white wine

1 - 2 Tbs. sesame oil

1 Tbs. grated ginger root

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup honey

2 green onions, chopped

1 - 2 Tbs. sesame oil

1 Tbs. grated ginger root

1 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Marinate flank steak, short ribs or chicken pieces at least 1 hour before cooking.

Makes 8 servings.
