Ginger Marinated Flank Steak | ||||

1 Flank Steak ½ cup soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced |
2 Tbs vinegar ¼ cup sugar 1 tsp. ground ginger | |||

Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish. Stir well. Add steak, cover, refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill 8-10 minutes on each side, basting often. Serve hot. | ||||
