White Wine Marinated Flank Steak

1 Flank Steak

¼ cup soy sauce

1 pkg. meat marinade

1 Tbs. sugar

2 Tbs. olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 cup chablis or other white wine

½ tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients in pan, mix well. Place steak in pan, cover, refrigerate 3 hours, turning occasionally. Grill 8-10 minutes each side, basting occasionally.
