1 cup chopped onions ¾ cup beer ¾ cup chili sauce ¼ cup parsley 3 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard 1 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce |
2 tsp. brown sugar ½ tsp. paprika ½ tsp ground black pepper 3 T-bone steaks approx. 1 inch thick 1 tsp. cracked black pepper fresh herbs - optional | |||

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large glass baking dish. Place steaks in marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight, turning steaks occasionally. Remove and sprinkle both sides with cracked pepper. Grill 7-10 minutes on medium heat. | ||||
